Laneway Housing Introduction

In June 2018, the City of Toronto adopted Official Plan and Zoning By-law amendments to permit the construction of laneway suites in central Toronto. LGA has extensive experience in the design and construction of laneway housing and can draw on our knowledge of current zoning legislation to help our clients realize their laneway suite goals.
